Picking up a piece of strangely shaped wood, really looking at it, being inspired by it, and then writing directly on it; taking an old photograph as a starting place for writing, either autobiographical or fictional, and then finding a way to integrate the writing into the photo; making a painting, writing text, and then integrating the text into the painting.
